At the Intelligent Medical Imaging and Image Processing (IMAGINE) lab, we develop new image processing technologies for medical applications, particularly Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational imaging, applied mathematics and physics.
In particular, our research concentrates on
- Novel image reconstruction and enhancement techniques
- Accelerated and motion-robust imaging methods
- New quantitative imaging strategies
- Post-processing of medical imaging data
For our applications, we mainly focus on the brain and the heart, even though our methods are broadly applicable to many different organs.
